As CC Fest approaches its 10-year anniversary, I wanted to share a reflection on 2025—a year marked by deeper pedagogy, broader participation, and a growing global educator community—along with a look ahead to what’s coming in 2026.

For those new to the community, CC Fest is a free, inclusive creative coding festival that brings together artists, educators, students, and technologists to explore code as a medium for connection, expression, and learning.

CC Fest Teacher Training Camp (Spring & Fall 2025)

In 2025, CC Fest ran two iterations of the Teacher Training Camp, in Spring and Fall, establishing the program as a core pillar of CC Fest rather than a one-off offering. Both camps were free, virtual, five-session experiences designed to help educators bring creative coding into classrooms and learning communities.

You can learn more about the program on the Teacher Training Camp overview page.
